Refer to Updating IP Registration for guidance on working with your Regional Internet Registry (RIR) or Internet Service Provider (ISP) to set an asset’s end date. Registration changes are captured through an automated network mapping process.
To request a manual update to your infrastructure data, please contact Bitsight Support and provide one of the following evidence indicators:
- If an Internet Service Provider (ISP) was involved, provide an email or a letter from the ISP. It should state:
- Correction Date
- Effective Date
- A copy of a contract letter (Provider start of service notice/service shutdown notice). It should state:
- Start date of the service contract
- End date of the service contract
