Manage Cloud Service Providers

Enhanced Ratings are designed to be a better representation of a Cloud Service Provider’s (CSP) security posture.

One license is used to switch between the Enhanced Rating and headline rating. Only one of them is displayed at a time within the Continuous Monitoring app. Switching to the Enhanced Rating disables the headline rating and allows access to the better represented rating for the Cloud provider. You may switch back at any time without spending any additional subscriptions.

Instructions

To activate the Enhanced Rating of any of the supported Cloud providers:

1. Search for the CSP.
2. Subscribe to the entity.
3. Go to the Manage Cloud Service Providers page.
4. Select a provider to toggle the CSP Rating Switch option to enable Enhanced Ratings.
5. Select Save Selection.

If you are a CSP with an Enhanced Rating, you can use an additional license to simultaneously access your headline rating along with your Enhanced Rating within the SPM app.
