Using Filter Sets

Filter sets allow you to save sets of filters to limit your search results. Filter sets are available for the Companies List and Findings pages.

Select and Use a Filter Set

Select a filter set from the dropdown menu at the filters panel header. The dropdown displays either the name of your current filter set or All Filters.

Create & Edit

You can create filter sets from the Companies List, the Findings page, or from the Assets tab on the Infrastructure page.

Companies List and Findings Page

To create a filter set from the Companies List or the Findings page, define your desired set of filters and then select Save Filter Set.

You can also create a filter set by using a Bitsight filter set or an existing filter set as a template:

1. Select a filter set from the dropdown menu at the filters panel header.
2. Select Filter Set Actions ➔ Edit Details to edit the filter set.
3. Define your desired set of filters.
4. Save your changes by selecting Filter Set Actions ➔ Save As.

Infrastructure Page

To create a filter set from the Infrastructure page, select assets to include in the filter set and view them in the Findings page. From the Findings page, you can save the assets as a filter set.

1. Select assets to include in the filter set.
2. Select View Findings.
3. Select Save Filter Set.

We recommend including the name of the company associated with the findings in your filter set name so that the filter set is easily discoverable (e.g., Company Name - Assets_group).

Share

Filter sets can be shared with other team members.

1. Select a filter set from the top-left dropdown menu.
2. Select Filter Set Actions ➔ Share link to copy the URL to your clipboard.
3. Send the URL text to a team member.

Delete

Delete an existing filter set by selecting Filter Set Actions ➔ Delete.
