Using Filter Sets

Filter sets allow you to save sets of filters to limit your search results.

Select and Use a Filter Set

Select a filter set from the dropdown menu at the filters panel header. The dropdown displays either the name of your current filter set or All Filters.

Create a Filter Set

1. Set your desired filters in the Filters section.
2. Select the Save Filter Set button at the top of the Filters section.
3. Assign a name for the filter set (up to 50 characters).
4. (Optional) Enter a description for the filter set (up to 255 characters).
5. Select Save Filter Set.

Create a Filter Set from an Existing Filter

Existing filter sets and Bitsight filter sets in select pages are available to be used as templates.

1. Use the All Filters dropdown at the top of the Filters section to select the filter set to use as a template.
2. Set your desired filters.
3. Select the Filter Set Actions dropdown.
4. Select the Save changes option.

Share

Filter sets can be shared with other team members.

1. Select a filter set from the top-left dropdown menu.
2. Select Filter Set Actions ➔ Share link to copy the URL to your clipboard.
3. Send the URL text to a team member.

Delete

Delete an existing filter set by selecting Filter Set Actions ➔ Delete.
