How to Get Help

Access Academy and Knowledge Base resources through the Patch AI Assistant from the Help menu at the top-right of any Bitsight application.

Refer to Contact Us to quickly get answers. Once you’ve initiated a support ticket, see Manage Support Tickets to check the status or upload attachments.

Contact Us

We do not have a centralized phone number. Use Patch AI Assistant to more quickly get answers. If the answer is not helpful, contact Bitsight Support from the No, create a ticket option at the bottom of the chat with Patch.

1. Summarize your query into the chat to get some quick answers.
2. Review Patch’s response. If the results are incorrect, enter Contact support into the chat to start the contact form.
3. Fill in the form:

   Name

   Your name.

   Subject

   A summary of your query.

   Text Field

   Details or context for contacting Bitsight Support.

4. Select Send.

Manage Support Tickets

Go to the My requests page at the top-right of the Bitsight Knowledge Base [Profile ➔ Requests] to upload attachments, check the status of your support tickets, or manage your open tickets:

• Select the View My Tickets option in Patch AI Assistant.
• Expand your user menu (your profile picture and name) in the Knowledge Base and select Requests.
