Get answers fast using the Assistant icon on the top-right hand corner and the Resource Center icon at the bottom right hand corner of the portal
You must be logged in to Bitsight to contact Bitsight Support or review active support tickets.
Ways to get help
Two icons in the portal give you access to help resources:
- Assistant
Opens up Patch, your Bitsight AI Assistant, which answers questions and can start a support ticket if it can't resolve your issue.
- Resource Center
Opens the Resource Center, where you can browse step-by-step walkthroughs, product updates, and other self-serve resources without leaving the app.
Start with the Assistant for a quick answer. Use the Resource Center to browse or search help content directly.
Contact us
We don't have a centralized phone number. Use Patch to get answers quickly. If the answer isn't helpful, contact Bitsight Support using the No, create a ticket option at the bottom of the chat.
- Enter a summary of your query into the chat.
- Review Patch's response. If it doesn't resolve your issue, enter Contact support into the chat to open the contact form.
- Fill in the form:
- Name: Your name
- Subject: A summary of your query
- Text field: Details or context for Bitsight Support
- Select Send.
Manage support tickets
Go to the My requests page to upload attachments, check ticket status, or manage open tickets. Access it two ways:

- Expand your user menu (profile picture and name) in the Knowledge Base and select Requests.
