- Costs and expenses of a public relations firm or consultant, crisis management firm, or law firm which an organization may engage in order to prevent or limit adverse effects of any negative publicity which has arisen from any covered claim or inquiry.

- Civil monetary fine or penalty imposed by a federal, state, local, or foreign governmental entity.
