Executive Report – February 14, 2023

Introducing the Executive report. This report is optimized for presenting a high-level overview of your company’s cybersecurity posture to non-technical and executive stakeholders, including company leadership, board members, investors, and shareholders.

• Compare your performance against the performance of your sub-industry peers.
• Highlights key security events publicly disclosed during the past 18 months.
• If there is a change in your rating attributable to a Rating Algorithm Update (RAU), the change will be annotated with a note explaining the RAU process and impacts.

This report (.pdf) is listed in the Overview and Executive Reporting section of the Reports page. When creating or viewing the report in the SPM application, select View for an eligible entity.

Glass Lewis - Bitsight Partnership

The Executive report (with the detailed peer analytics section) is used to represent Bitsight data in Glass Lewis proxy papers starting March 2023 onward. It will replace the currently-used Company Preview report.

The goal of the report enhancement is to further refine the included Bitsight data to more appropriately fit the audience. Glass Lewis features either the primary rating designated for the parent company or that of the parent company, if the parent did not designate a primary rating. Prior to this update, primary ratings were not reported in the Glass Lewis proxy papers.
