The Overview page in the Service Provider Risk menu is a configurable dashboard that provides an overview of your clients’ service provider ecosystem.
Navigation Options
- Use the context switcher dropdown at the top to specify a folder.
- Go to
Service Provider Risk ➔ Overview.
Cards
- Cloud Service Providers
The number of clients reliant on Cloud Service Providers (CSP).
- Concentrations by Location
See where service providers are geographically located. Hover over a country for more information in that specific area.
- Product Concentration
Specific products with 50% or more dependency.
- Ratings and Concentrations
Use this tree map to get a snapshot of the concentrations along with the ratings of the service providers that your clients are depending on.
- Recent Public Disclosures

Public disclosures that occurred in the last 90 days for service providers.

The median rating for the specific folder of service providers you are looking at.
