The Overview page in the Service Provider Risk menu is a configurable dashboard that provides an overview of your clients’ service provider ecosystem.
Navigation Options
- Use the context switcher dropdown at the top to specify a folder.
- Go to
Service Provider Risk ➔ Overview.
Cards
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Cloud Service Providers | The number of clients reliant on Cloud Service Providers (CSP). |
| Concentrations by Location | See where service providers are geographically located. Hover over a country for more information in that specific area. |
| Product Concentration | Specific products with 50% or more dependency. |
| Ratings and Concentrations | Use this tree map to get a snapshot of the concentrations along with the ratings of the service providers that your clients are depending on. |
| Recent Public Disclosures |
Public disclosures that occurred in the last 90 days for service providers.

| Service Provider Median Rating | The median rating for the specific folder of service providers you are looking at. |
| Service Providers | Service Providers with over 50% dependency. |
