The Peer Comparison menu contains Peer Analytics, which is an analytics tool that provides an objective, data-driven comparison between companies and peer groups. It’s a solution that provides the broadest and most accurate view into the performance of security programs and actionable metrics that have been correlated to breach, based on the largest ecosystem of organizational cybersecurity performance data in the world.
Peer Analytics can be used to:
- Determine the level of security performance that your company should attain with the Rating Distribution chart.
- Profile organizations for communication and benchmarking purposes.
- Understand how specific factors drive security performance.
- Use the Risk Vector Gap Analysis for guidance on achieving your security rating goal or be on-par with the best-in-class.
- Determine the initial conditions for how Bitsight Forecasting should be used, by allowing you to identify the right level of performance to strive for and the areas of improvement to focus on.
