Create Company Notes

Company Notes capture notes about monitored companies.

• Get insights and capture relevant information within the Bitsight platform, all in one place.
• Collaborate between team members, with the advantage of the company in context.
• Mention (@) a colleague or several colleagues within a particular subject, which notifies them (email and Notifications), providing quick access to the company and the topic at hand.
• Keep track and export all notes for historical, audit and management purposes.

Note Visibility

Notes visibility is based on groups. Notes are private to your organization.

Permissions

• Any user can create notes.
• Any user can view notes.
• You can edit and delete your own notes.

Instructions

1. Go to Actions ➔ Add/View Notes, and then enter your notes into the Note field.
2. You can mention (@) a colleague or several colleagues in your notes to call for their attention on a particular note.
3. Users will be notified via email if they have the Comment notification type enabled.

Need to export Company Notes?

Select Options ➔ Export as CSV at the top-right while viewing company notes to export a log (.csv) of the notes.
