Legacy Bitsight VRM: Reviewing a Managed Vendor Profile

Managed Vendors are vendors who have accepted your connection request that you can now evaluate within the platform as part of your due diligence process. All your vendor connections are available in the Connections page, where you can review their information and manage your connections.

The full vendor profile is visible when you have established connection with that vendor. In addition to the information available for Monitored vendors, you will also be able to review Assurances and Questionnaires.

Requirements Tab

If you have assigned requirements to your vendor as part of a Third Party Risk Assessment, you can access the Requirements tab to review in detail what has been requested to them, and what progress your vendor has made.

Data Tab

In addition to the company information, this tab will now include Insurances, Audits, External Assessments, and Certifications that the vendor may have uploaded.

External Surveys Tab

This tab is only visible for Managed vendors. It contains those Questionnaires that the vendor has started and/or completed.
