Reviewing questionnaires does not need to be a painful process. Legacy Bitsight VRM provides all the necessary tools for you to review them in the most efficient way.
Applications
Scoring
- The score on the corner of the Vendor logo is the overall survey score out of 100.
- The left column is the total score of the category, also out of 100.
Filtering
An easy and practical way to start the questionnaire review process is by searching for a control area/category with a score below 100.
Use the filter bar to focus on those questions that require your immediate attention.
Question-Specific Tools
A series of tools are available for each question in the questionnaire.

|---|---|
| 1 – Bookmark | For internal usage only. |
| 2 – Checkmark | Indicates the response has been approved. |
| 3 – Message Box | Allows us to open a conversation with the vendor or to leave internal notes. |
| 4 – Exclamation Mark | Open a finding. |
| 5 – X Mark | Opens a flag and notifies the vendor. |
