Connect with your customer in Beacon and share your security profile to share your questionnaires, certifications, and attestations for review and scoring by your client’s risk management team.

Sharing Your Security Profile

1. Open the sharing data form by selecting Share My Data button in the Connections page.
2. Use a template or prepare an email.
3. (Optional) Use the toggle in the sharing data form to activate or deactivate the following functionalities:

   Functionality	Description
   Share Document	Share custom documentation, such as a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
   Selective Sharing	Choose which of all your uploaded documents from your security profile you wish to share with each one of your customers.

4. Select Submit.

Either your profile will be shared or your point of contact will receive an email with a link to register. Once they are registered, they will be able to accept your request to view your security profile.

Sharing Multiple Profiles

Having multiple profiles allows your customers to:

• Buy multiple products that have significantly different digital footprints.
• Engage with more than one of the vendor’s subsidiaries or regions.
