If you have been requested to provide an assurance but you do not have it, you can mark it as ‘Not Available’ in the platform.
Marking Certifications as Not Available
When hovering over the pending required certification, the Not Available icon will become visible. Click on it, and a window to enter the reason will pop open. Once the reason has been entered, click on submit.
The red Not Available indicator is added to the certification.
Marking Certifications as Not Available in Bulk
When addressing a grouped certification requirement (At least one certification in each group is required), you can mark them all as not available, by pressing on the group’s Not Available icon.

Marking Insurances, Assessments, and Audits as ‘Not Available’
If you do not have a required insurance, assessment or audit, click on the corresponding Not Available icon to mark it as not available. A window to enter the reason will pop open.
Once saved, the red Not Available indicator will be visible.
