Approving New Users in VRM Ingrid Users are pre-approved if they're invited through the Add Platform Users steps. Otherwise, new users need to be approved by an existing admin before they can access VRM.PermissionsOnly an admin can approve new users.Instructions Go to the User Management page from the left menu. If you do not see the User Management icon, it means you do not have the right access level. Review the list of Pending Users and identify the new users you wish to add.
