Learn how to manage who from your business has access to the platform and what access level they are granted. On this page, you will understand how to approve new users whenever necessary.
As new users register for your account, they will need to be approved by an existing admin before they can access the platform.
Users are pre-approved if they're invited through the Add Platform Users steps.
- Go to the
User Management page from the left menu.
If you do not see the
- Review the list of Pending Users and identify the new users you wish to add.
- Select the green Approve button.
