Refresh Status indicates the status of a user-requested refresh of a finding.
- The current status persists until a user requests a new refresh on the finding.
- The refresh status does not show the status of automated scans.
- This is not an indication that a finding is remediated.
|No Status (Blank)
|A user has never requested a refresh or the finding is not eligible for a refresh.
|A user-requested refresh is in progress.
|Refresh - Finding Updated
|The user-requested refresh is complete. We were able to contact the asset and update the finding with new information.
|Refreshed - Asset Not Reached
The user-requested refresh is complete. We could NOT contact the asset to update the finding or (due to interference) were unable to get sufficient data from the asset to update the finding.
