Instructions

1. In the VRM App, navigate to Vendor Profile ➔ Overview
2. Scroll to the Company Info panel
3. Select Show Details to expand the details.

Available Vendor Information

The Company Info panel in the Vendor Risk Management application provides the following information about the vendor:

Description

A description of the vendor.

Domain

The vendor’s domain.

Homepage

The vendor’s homepage.

Industry

The vendor’s industry.

Address

The vendor’s mailing address.

Legal Name

The vendor’s name.

Organization Type

The vendor’s organization type.

Types:

• LLC
• S-Corp
• C-Corp
• LLP
• Non-profit
• Sole Proprietorship
• Other

State of Incorporation

The state where the vendor was registered.

Year Founded

The year when the vendor was founded.

DUNS#

The Data Universal Numbering System number to identify the vendor.
