Assessment Setup: Messaging

Use the Messaging page in the Vendor Risk Management application [ Assessment Setup ➔ Messaging] to manage email templates for sending an invitation to connect with a vendor.

Email Templates

Email templates will save you considerable amount of time when sending an invitation to connect with a vendor.

Actions:

1. Select Edit Template to edit or + Add Template.

2. Select Delete Template.

Requirement Due Date Notifications

You can configure notifications to automatically remind your vendor about the due date for any Requirements that have not been completed, while the vendor is in a Pending life cycle.

Actions

1. Select to edit Requirement Due Date Notifications

2. Select to delete Requirement Due Date Notifications
    

3. Select + Add Notification to set up reminders for your vendor(s).

Findings Notifications

Set automatic custom notifications for your vendor findings. Write a message and set the time in which it should be sent after the finding has been created.

Actions

1. Select to edit Finding Notifications

2. Select to delete Finding Notifications
    

3. Select + Add Notification to set up custom notifications for your vendor findings.
