Assessment Setup: Life Cycle

Use the Life Cycle page in the Vendor Risk Management application [ Assessment Setup ➔ Life Cycle] to configure your life cycle settings for Bitsight Unified VRM. Life cycles identify where your vendors are in the third party risk management process.

Re-order the Stages

Instructions: Drag and drop the stages.

• Top = Early
• Bottom = Late

Edit or Create a New Stage

Instructions: Select Edit to edit or + Add Stage to create a new stage. See editable details.

Delete a Stage

Instructions: Select Delete.

The default stages cannot be deleted.

Stage Details

* Required.

Add Name

* Required.

Enter a name for the stage.

Set Color

* Required.

The color can be set to represent the stage and give yourself a visual hint when looking for the stage, such as in your vendors list.

Set Value

* Required.

The status of the assessment.
