Vendor Profile: Contacts

Use the Contacts page [ Vendor Profile ➔ Contacts] in the Vendor Risk Management application to manage internal and vendor contacts.

Internal Contact Details

Internal contacts allow you to assign multiple collaborators to oversee your vendor risk management program.

Name

The contact’s name.

Status

The contact’s registration status.

Phone

The contact’s phone number.

Title

The contact’s job title.

Email

The contact’s email address.

Is Owner (Toggle)

Enabled = The contact owns the day-to-day relationship, is responsible for the assessment, or is assigned to the vendor.

Vendor Contact Details

Vendor contacts allow you to manage the ones responsible for completing assessments.

Name

The contact’s name.

Status

The contact’s registration status.

Phone

The contact’s phone number.

Title

The contact’s job title.

Email

The contact’s email address.

Actions

Add a New Contact

Instructions: Select the Add Contact button at the bottom-right of either the Internal Contacts or Vendor Contacts sections.

Edit a Contact’s Details

Instructions: Select Edit.

Delete a Contact

Instructions: Select Delete.

Disconnect From a Vendor

Stop communications with the vendor.

You will no longer be able to communicate with this vendor, but it will remain in your Monitored Vendors list.

Instructions:

1. Select the Actions drop down at the top-right.
2. Select Remove.

Editable Internal Contact Details

* Required.

Contact Email

* Required.

Select this dropdown to assign a user as a contact email address.

Contact Phone

Enter the contact’s phone number.

Job Title

Enter the contact’s job title.

Editable Vendor Contact Details

* Required.

Contact Email
