Expand or Collapse the Breakdown

Instructions:

• Select View full breakdown to expand the breakdown.
• Select Hide breakdown to collapse the breakdown.

Questionnaire Breakdown

The collapsible breakdown provides the following information:

Total Questionnaires Sent

The number of questionnaires that were successfully sent to vendors.

Vulnerabilities Investigated

Vulnerabilities that are being investigated. Select a vulnerability to see the exposed companies.

Engagement Rate

The rate of questionnaires that were opened or not opened by the recipient.

Questionnaire Fields

Most recently sent

The date when a questionnaire was last sent for this vulnerability.

Name

The name of this vulnerability.

Questionnaires completed

Questionnaire completion statistics.

Recipient Companies

The number of companies that received questionnaires for this vulnerability.

Vulnerabilities Total

The total number of vulnerabilities.

Vulnerabilities with Questionnaires

The total number of vulnerabilities that included a questionnaire.

Folder

Filter by folder.

Filter Values: Folder name.

Most Recently Sent

Filter by questionnaires sent within a time period.

Filter Values:

• 7d (Days)
• 1m (Month)
• 3m (Months)
• Custom

Recipient Companies

Limit by the number of recipients.

Filter Values: Select a range.

Vulnerabilities

Filter by vulnerability.

Filter Values: Vulnerability name.

The date when this vulnerability was last detected.

Most recently sent

The date when the questionnaire was last sent.

Questionnaire

The answered questions rate.

Status

The questionnaire invitation status.
