Use the Internal Questionnaires page for scoping during vendor intake, assessments, and onsite assessments. Each questionnaire displays its progress and score.
What can I use an internal questionnaire for?
Internal questionnaires can be used in many ways. Here are our top suggestions:
- Intake and scoping: Perform an initial assessment to understand the inherited risk of your vendors and use the results to determine the type of assessment that each vendor needs.
- Reassessment: Evaluate if the relation with the vendor has changed over time and determine if it needs a different assessment before starting a new assessment cycle.
- Onsite assessments: Capture your insights and obtain a score.
