My boss would like to view a company prior to signing a contract, but doesn't want them added for long term analysis. Is there a service charge to view a company once?

We offer One-Time Report subscriptions as an option for a one-time report. Please contact your sales representative for details.

My company is monitoring less than total available subscriptions. Is there any cost associated with using the remaining quota?

None at all, since the companies have been paid for in advance.

Are Companies Notified of Monitoring Activity?

Bitsight Security Ratings are based on externally collected data, as outlined in our Network Mapping Process. We do not engage in any intrusive network penetration testing. Externally observable data is collected from various sources. All of our collected data are from the public internet and are available to anyone who chooses to collect it.

• Companies are not warned or contacted at any time during the process of generating Security Ratings and reports. The only way a company would know a report was created about them would be if you sent that report to them.
• If you add the company to your portfolio, they will not be notified. The monitored company can see how many companies are monitoring them. Specific details on who is monitoring them are undisclosed.

How do I modify my subscriptions?

How often can I use a One-Time Report?

You can use One-Time Reports as often as you would like. If you’re not monitoring a company with a Risk Monitoring or Total Risk Monitoring subscription, each One-Time Report counts against your allotted subscriptions.
