The Bitsight platform regularly checks for new observations. Bitsight findings are updated as these observations change, e.g., there are newly observed Diligence findings or an existing finding is remediated. This update is called a finding refresh.
Statuses
| Refresh Status | Description |
|---|---|
| No Status (Blank) | A user has never requested a refresh or the finding is not eligible for a refresh. |
| Pending | A user-requested refresh is in progress. |
| Refresh - Finding Updated | The user-requested refresh is complete. We were able to contact the asset and update the finding with new information. |
| Refreshed - Asset Not Reached |
The user-requested refresh is complete. We could NOT contact the asset to update the finding or (due to interference) were unable to get sufficient data from the asset to update the finding. See refresh details for additional information on what happened. |
