Overview

This report displays a ratings overview for selected companies in your portfolio. This data is particularly useful during the initial stages of setting up your program tiers and folders.

Generating this Report

1. Open the Reports page in the CM app.
2. Locate the Portfolio Overview card.
3. Mouseover the card and select Create.
4. Select one or more companies from the list displayed. You can use the filters or search for a specific company to narrow down your options. You may select up to 10,000 companies.
5. Select View to create the report.

Once generated, you can edit, save, schedule, Quick Share, or download the report as a PDF.

Reading this Report

This report presents a summary of your portfolio based on your company selections. It includes:

• The number of companies in the report.
• Their total number of IP addresses.
• The number of industries they represent.
• Their combined network footprint.
• Their median rating.
• The range of ratings for the selected companies.

Companies that are included in the report are listed underneath this summary data along with a trend line and their current rating.
