Reading this Report
Tabs at the top of the report allow you to review trends in the life cycle stages assigned to companies in your portfolio over the last twelve months.
Life Cycle Trend Report Tab
This tab has two sections: Portfolio Average Over Time, and Portfolio Average Comparison.
Portfolio Average Over Time
This section contains two line graphs. You can select a point on either graph or a month from the X axis to view the average number of days companies were in the Onboarding or Re-Assessment stages that month.
Portfolio Average Comparison
This section contains four bar charts. They compare the length of time spent by the five longest-standing companies in each life cycle stage to the average number of days spent in that stage by other portfolio companies. You can:
- Mouseover a bar for detailed data.
- Select a bar to filter or export data.
- Select View All to open the tab for that stage.
Life Cycle Trend in Onboarding and Re-Assessment Tabs
These tabs present tables of companies in each life cycle stage. These tables include columns for tier, relationship type, action plan phase, rating, the average number of days portfolio companies spent in that life cycle stage, the difference from the portfolio average, and the actual number of days in that stage. You can filter these tabs by relationship type, tier, and the number of days spent in a life cycle stage.
