User Behavior Report – Bitsight Knowledge Base

Overview

This report shows User Behavior event details including risk type, category, start date, and end date.

Open the Reports page in the SPM app.
Locate the User Behavior card.
Mouseover the card and select Create.
Select a company from the list. You can use the available filters or the search field to quickly find a specific company.
Select View to generate the report.

Once generated, you can edit, save, schedule, Quick Share, or download the report as a CSV.

This report generates a table of User Behavior events. It includes the following columns:

Column Name	Description
Risk Type	The risk vector associated with the event.
Category	The category of the event. This column only applies to File Sharing events. See File Sharing Categories.
IP Address	The IP address associated with the event.
Start Date	The date of the first observation.
End Date	The date of the most recent observation.
Days	The number days the event was observed.
Whitelisted	Whether the torrent is known good content (out of copyright, or a legitimate torrent) or not.
Impacts Grade	Indicates if this event has an impact on the letter grade.
Tags	Tags associated with the event.
Comments	A thread of comments about the event.
