Alerts: Configured Alerts Jessica The Configured Alerts page in the Security Posture Management application [ Alerts ➔ Configured Alerts] allows you to review previously-defined SPM alerts and define new ones.Actions The management of alerts is dependent on user permissions. Only the owner can modify (edit or delete) an alert. Bitsight Support cannot manage alert settings on behalf of users. See Permissions: Alerts, Notifications, & Email. Bulk Actions Perform a bulk action for selected alerts. The Configured Alerts table supports the following bulk actions: Subscribe to the selected alerts. Unsubscribe from the selected alerts. Delete the selected alerts. Instructions: Check the checkbox next to the alert in the table to select alerts to modify. Select the bulk action (Subscribe, Unsubscribe, or Delete) button at the top of the table. The Unsubscribe and Delete bulk actions require confirmation to complete the action. Delete Alert Instructions: Select the Delete option in the Actions column. Edit Alert Instructions: Select the Edit option in the Actions column. Review Alert Configuration Details Instructions: Select the Details option in the Actions column. Show Shared Alerts You can choose to share alerts with other users at your company by adding them as recipients when you create the alert. The toggle is on by default, meaning that you see both alerts you configure and alerts that are shared with you by other users. Instructions: To see only alerts you configured, set the toggle to off. Add Alert Instructions: Select the +Add Alert button at the top-right of the Configured Alerts page. Search Alerts Instructions: Use the Search… bar at the top-right of the table to search by Name Alert Type Owner Recipient Configured Alerts TableThe Configured Alerts table shows alerts that you have configured and alerts that other users at your company have shared with you. Actions Bulk actions for the Configured Alerts table. Alert Type The type of the alert. Name The name given to the alert during configuration. Owner The user who configured the alert. Recipients The recipients specified during configuration. Status Indicates whether you are subscribed to or unsubscribed from the alert. When you are subscribed to an alert, you receive alert emails when it is triggered. If you no longer wish to receive these emails you must unsubscribe from the alert. Select the toggle to subscribe to or unsubscribe from an alert. Other recipients will continue to receive this alert. Subsidiaries/Benchmark Groups The subsidiaries or benchmark groups the alert is applied to. March 19, 2026: Security Posture Management rebrand.
