The Configured Alerts page allows you to review previously-defined SPM alerts and define new ones.
Configured Alerts Table
The Configured Alerts table shows alerts that you have configured and alerts that other users at your company have shared with you.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Name | The name given to the alert during configuration. |
Alert Type | The type of the alert. |
Owner | The user who configured the alert. |
Subsidiaries/Benchmark Groups | The subsidiaries or benchmark groups the alert is applied to. |
Recipients | The recipients specified during configuration. |
Status |
Indicates whether you are subscribed to or unsubscribed from the alert. When you are subscribed to an alert, you receive alert emails when it is triggered. If you no longer wish to receive these emails you must unsubscribe from the alert. Select the toggle to subscribe to or unsubscribe from an alert. Other recipients will continue to receive this alert. |
Actions |
Only the owner can edit or delete an alert. |
Bulk Actions
The Configured Alerts table supports three bulk actions: Subscribe Selected, Unsubscribe Selected, and Delete Selected.
To complete a bulk action, select the checkbox next to a number of alerts on the table, then select the button to Subscribe, Unsubscribe, or Delete. This action will be performed for all selected alerts.
Show Shared Alerts
You can choose to share alerts with other users at your company by adding them as recipients when you create the alert. The toggle is on by default, meaning that you see both alerts you configure and alerts that are shared with you by other users. To see only alerts you configured, set the toggle to off.
