Audits

Audits are a type of artifact.

• A vendor added an audit.❖
• A vendor updated an audit.
• A vendor removed an audit.
• A vendor’s audit has expired. It was achieved over one year ago.❖
• A vendor’s audit is expiring soon (30, 60, or 90 days).

Certifications

Certifications are a type of artifact.

• A vendor added a certification.❖
• A vendor updated a certification.
• A vendor removed a certification.
• A vendor’s certification has expired.❖
• A vendor’s certification is expiring soon (30, 60, or 90 days).

Findings

Findings represent questions or concerns that can be communicated to the vendor being assessed. They include expected remediation plans and outcomes.

• A vendor marked that they will remediate a finding.❖
• A vendor marked that they will not remediate a finding.❖
• A vendor sent a message on a finding.❖

Insurances

Insurances are a type of artifact.

• A vendor added an insurance.❖
• A vendor updated an insurance.
• A vendor removed an insurance.

Internal Documents

Internal documents are documentation that contributes to the assessment and are best stored within the vendor record.

Invites

Invites include invitations for vendor connections and new user onboarding.

• A new user registered or has been invited to the platform.
• A connection request has been accepted by a vendor.
• A vendor sent a share request to view their data.

Questionnaires

Questionnaires are a type of artifact.

• A vendor completed answering a questionnaire.❖
• A vendor changed an answer in a questionnaire.❖
• A vendor started answering a questionnaire.
• An internal questionnaire from a vendor was started.
• An internal questionnaire from a vendor was completed.❖

Requirements

Requirements are defined for assessments.
