Dashboards: Assessments Overview Ingrid The Assessments Overview page in the Vendor Risk Management application [ Dashboards ➔ Assessments Overview] is a dashboard that provides a comprehensive view of your assessments, providing insights into the top 5 results for: Upcoming Assessments Ongoing Assessments Completed Assessments You must have an Admin, Operations, or View Only role to access Assessments Overview. See Assessments user permissions. Actions Fields Actions Download All Assessments: Select the View [Type] Assessments button at the bottom-right of the section. Select CSV at the top-right of the sheet. Download as PDF: Select the Download as PDF button at the top-right of the Assessments Overview page. Hide Guidance: Select the Turn off Guidance option at the top-right of the Assessments Overview page. Show Guidance: Select the Turn on Guidance option at the top-right of the Assessments Overview page. View the All Assessments Sheet: Select the View [Type] Assessments button at the bottom-right of the section. Fields Use Assessments Overview to export an Assessments Overview report for analysis and executive-level communication. Upcoming Assessments Upcoming Assessments shows vendor assessments scheduled to begin within the next 30 days. Approval Cycle Company The vendor that’s assigned to complete the assessment and their connection status. Life Cycle The assessment life cycle stage and status. Next Review Date The date planned for the next review period. Tags Document tags. Ongoing Assessments Ongoing Assessments shows vendors that are currently under assessment. Company The vendor that’s assigned to complete the assessment and their connection status. Due Date The due date to complete the assessment. Life Cycle The assessment life cycle stage and status. Requirements The vendor’s requirements and their completion progress. Tags Document tags. Completed Assessments Completed Assessments shows the number of vendors that completed the assessment within the last 30 days. Approval Date Company The vendor that’s assigned to complete the assessment and their connection status. Life Cycle The assessment life cycle stage and status. Next Review Date Tags Document tags.
