Probable Infrastructure Request Errors

Probable Infrastructure requests may encounter the following errors:

• Expired Data (60 Days)
• Lost Data
• No Records Returned
• Outdated Data (30 Days)
• Task Timeout
• Unprocessable Entity

Expired Data (60 Days)

Message: Data has expired. Please submit a new request.

Summary: Data for the selected company has expired and cannot be accessed anymore.

Lost Data

Message: There was an unexpected error with your request’s data.

Summary: Data related to the request was lost due to server issues.

No Records Returned

Message: There were no valid suggestions for the selected company.

Summary: No valid asset suggestions could be generated for the selected entity.

Outdated Data (30 Days)

Message: Data is more than 30 days old. Please wait 30 days before making a new request.

Summary: Data for the selected company is outdated and needs to be refreshed.

Task Timeout

Message: Your request took too long to process due to server issues.

Summary: Request processing exceeded the time limit (75 minutes).

Unprocessable Entity

Message: The selected company could not be processed. Please choose another.

Summary: The selected company is not eligible for processing.
