Use the Manage IP Visibility page [ Settings ➔ IP Visibility] to show content (such as IP addresses, infrastructure, and Forensics data) that is available only for your own company by default and allow access to it. You can automatically see the full IP address for your My Company or companies you’re monitoring using a My Subsidiary subscription. When viewing a third party company you subscribe to, the IP addresses are masked unless the Manage IP Visibility Terms and Conditions are accepted and IP visibility is enabled. Use IP visibility to: Identify where problems are occurring and validate the findings. Have more informed conversations with your third parties regarding remediation, and then prioritize based on asset criticality. The Manage IP Visibility page is only available to Admins. See user permissions. Enable IP Visibility To protect the confidentiality of an organization, we abide by our Responsible Disclosure Policy. We ask that you continue to uphold the same level of confidentiality and responsibility, by accepting the Terms and Conditions for viewing the full IP addresses of your third parties. If you agree to the terms, you can view the full IP addresses that belong to companies in your portfolio. Open the Manage IP Visibility page [ Settings ➔ IP Visibility] Read the Manage IP Visibility Terms and Conditions in the provided link and select Accept. Use the toggle to enable full IP visibility for your entire portfolio or select specific companies for which you want to see full IP addresses. Enabling IP visibility for your entire portfolio also enables it for companies that you subscribe to at a later date. All companies reserve the right to opt-out. IP addresses at a company will remain masked after these steps if that company has opted out of allowing their IP addresses to be fully visible. Opt-Out of IP Visibility for My Company Select the My Company tab of the Manage IP Visibility page. Select the toggle to keep your IP addresses masked for companies that are monitoring you. This will mask the first two octets of the IP addresses for your entire organization (all companies in your Ratings Tree).
