Use the Folder Management page to manage your folders.

SPM App: Settings ➔ Folder Management

CM App: Risk Program Setup ➔ Folder Management

Insurance App: Program Setup ➔ Folder Management

Actions

Action	Instructions
Create a folder:	Select the Create a folder button at the top-right. Use the Folder Name field to assign a name for the folder. (Optional) Use the Folder Description field to enter a description for the folder. Select Save.
Delete a folder:	Options ➔ Delete
Download (.csv):	Select Download at the top-right.
Refine your search:	Use the Filters to refine your search. See available filters.
Remove a company from a folder:	Check the respective folder filter. Check the Checkbox of the company to remove. Select the Remove from Folder option from the Actions dropdown [Actions ➔ Remove from Folder].
Share a folder:	Select the Options button to the right of a folder you’d like to share. Select the Share option. Toggle the Activated Toggle Enable Sharing option. Use Share with to identify who the folder can be shared with. Options: All Users: All existing and future users across all access control groups. Specific Users: Specific users in any group. Access Control Groups: All existing and future users within specific groups. Use Permissions for all users to determine user permissions for the folder. Options: View: Read-only. Manage Companies: Add or remove companies from the folder. Own the folder: Assign additional owners for portfolio folders. Owners can rename, configure sharing settings, or delete the folder. Select Save to confirm.
