Issue Tracking establishes a remediation process framework so you can monitor, track, and report your progress on remediating your findings.
Available with My Company and SPM Subsidiary subscriptions.
Select your findings to track and then click the Update Status button from the bottom configurations menu.
If a user is assigned to remediate a finding, they are notified via email. To change this system notification setting:

|Remediation Status||Your current progress on remediating findings.
Similar to finding comments and infrastructure tags, Remediation Status does not apply across all companies in your Ratings Tree.
|[User-requested] Refresh Status||The status of a user-requested refresh of a finding.
This is only available for supported Diligence risk vectors. Refer to the “User-Requested Refresh Duration” field for support information by risk vector, as outlined by the How is the Diligence Risk Category Calculated? article.

|Status Updated||The date when the Remediation Status or Assigned To fields were last changed.|
|Assigned To (Optional)||Assign responsibility for remediating a given finding to a user.
Findings can be assigned only to users in your own Access Control Group.
