Palo Alto Cortex Integration update - December 17, 2025

Updates have been added to the Palo Alto Cortex integration aimed at improving data accuracy, reducing noise, and enabling smoother workflows for our users. These updates include:

1. Duplicate Prevention: Updated fetch-incidents to prevent duplication by ingesting findings grouped by the rolled-up observation ID and first seen date.

2. Bi-Directional Mirroring: Added functionality to sync the latest information, status, and notes between XSOAR incidents and Bitsight findings.

3. New Filter Parameter: Added support for the Findings Affects Rating Reason multi-select parameter, allowing findings to be filtered by the options: 

   • "Yes" 

   • "No: Grace Period"

   • "No: Incubation Period"
