Instant Insights launch in Continuous Monitoring - December 9, 2025

Instant Insights now available in Continuous Monitoring

We’ve extended Instant Insights to the Continuous Monitoring (CM) app, enabling automated analysis and AI-generated summaries of SOC 2 reports directly within vendor monitoring workflows.

Instant Insights already exists in VRM; this release brings the same core summarization capability into CM, allowing users to analyze vendor documentation without leaving the Continuous Monitoring experience.

Why it matters

Third-party risk teams can now review and understand SOC 2 reports as part of ongoing monitoring, reducing manual review effort and eliminating the need to switch between CM and VRM—while maintaining strict controls around document handling.

With this initial release:

• Users can upload SOC 2 reports directly within the CM app

• Uploaded reports are analyzed in real time using Instant Insights

• Documents are not stored after analysis

• AI-generated summaries are available only during the active session

• The experience aligns with the Instant Insights summarization already available in VRM

Current limitations and handling notes

• Only SOC 2 reports are supported

• Functionality is limited to summarization

• Uploaded documents are not retained by the platform

• Once the user leaves the summarization page, the generated insight is no longer available

• Users are advised to re-run the analysis and export or print the summary to PDF if they wish to retain a record

Instant Insights in Continuous Monitoring is globally available to all CM customers with TRM licenses.
