TMH app: Answer questionnaires in the TMH app

The Trust Management Hub (TMH) app lets you track questionnaire completion, answer questionnaire questions, attach evidence, and manage observations.

This article describes the steps from the Documents page through to recording a remediation plan.

Before you begin

What is a questionnaire in the TMH app?

A questionnaire is a set of questions from a customer that you answer in the TMH app. Each question can have a response, attached evidence, comments, and a dedicated customer chat. The Documents page shows each questionnaire and its completion rate.

How do I respond to a questionnaire?

  1. Go to the Documents page and select the questionnaire. [Trust Management Hub > Documents]
  2. Select a questionnaire. Its questions appear.
  3. Select Edit Document to start answering the questionnaire.
  4. Answer a question.
  5. Upload evidence attachments that support your answer.
  6. Add comments about your response.
  7. Repeat steps 4 to 6 for each question.

How do I chat with a customer about a questionnaire question?

  1. Open the question in the questionnaire.
  2. Start a chat with the customer you choose. Each question can have its own chat.

How do I remediate a questionnaire observation?

  1. Open the observation in the questionnaire.
  2. Enter an estimated resolution date for remediation.

If you choose not to remediate an observation, enter your reasoning instead.

How do I answer a questionnaire offline in the TMH app?

You can complete a questionnaire offline by using a CSV template.

  1. Select Download to get the CSV template for the questionnaire.
  2. Enter your answers in the CSV file. Do not change the ID column. The TMH app matches each response to a question by its ID, so an incorrect ID places the response on the wrong question or rejects it.
  3. Click the Upload Documents button in the TMH app and upload the completed CSV file.
