Open the Documents page in the Trust Management Hub application to see documents and their completion rates.
Select a questionnaire to see the corresponding questions.
Answer the questions.
Upload attachments for evidence.
Leave comments regarding your responses.
Start a dedicated chat with specific customers for each question in each questionnaire.
Provide an estimated resolution date for remediating an observation.
Indicate if you choose to not remediate an observation and provide your reasoning.
