New Home for Our API Documentation: Moving to Stoplight

Our API Documentation has officially moved! To provide a more robust, developer-friendly experience, we have migrated all API technical documentation from Zendesk to Stoplight.

While Zendesk remains our primary hub for customer support and general help articles, Stoplight will now serve as the dedicated home for our API docs.

Please note that our API documentation is linked in the header of our Knowledge Base under “Bitsight API docs” for easy reference.

Zendesk Links

Links to API documentation within our Zendesk Help Center will now redirect to the corresponding page on Stoplight. If you encounter a broken link, please let our support team know.
