If the BitSight for IT Service Management by ServiceNow integration fails, your BitSight API token may have been revoked or is invalid. Identify the issue in logs:
- Go to the Application Configuration within BitSight for ITSM and select Validate Token.
- Open System Logs and filter messages that start with or contain “BitSight.”
The Findings Company dropdown should have a list of companies and risk vectors should load correctly.
As an Admin (
itsm_app_admin), generate a new API token from BitSight platform and then set the BitSight API Token to the new token.
