The application embeds Bitsight security ratings and risk vector grades directly into Coupa supplier records, enabling procurement and risk teams to access Bitsight’s data without leaving Coupa. The app automates daily rating refreshes and offers on-demand risk vector grade views.

• The app matches Coupa suppliers to Bitsight company profiles by supplier domain or name, and subscribes each matched company to Bitsight continuous monitoring.
• Uncertain matches go to a reviewer, with the top candidate companies listed.
• The overall Bitsight Risk Rating and configured risk vector grades refresh on each supplier record once a day.
• A live panel on each supplier record shows live risk vector grades. The panel can display more vectors than the custom fields allow.
• Bitsight scores feed the Coupa Risk Aware module for trend tracking, reporting, and dashboards.
