Scheduling a Risk Remediation Plan

You can schedule Risk Remediation to run monthly, weekly, or daily for each supported risk vector and each subsidiary associated with your company. We recommend scheduling your plans weekly if you are actively working on remediating findings or monthly if you are monitoring your findings more casually.

Scheduled plans are typically available at 05:00 local time. Monthly plans run on the last day of the month, and weekly plans run on Mondays. Scheduled plans do not run if you no longer have enough findings in a risk vector to run a risk remediation plan (RRP).

Scheduling is off by default. Follow the steps below to make changes to your Risk Remediation Plan schedule.

1. From the Risk Remediation overview page, navigate to the section for your selected risk vector.
2. Use the Viewing Plan dropdown to choose a plan, or keep the default Base Plan. If no custom plans exist, only the Base Plan will be available.
3. Locate the Refresh Rate dropdown for the selected plan.  Select a refresh option: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Off.
