Share a Report Using Quick Share

Quick Share allows users to distribute reports to stakeholders via email directly from the Bitsight platform. It is limited to 10 email addresses at a time and may include distribution lists or other group email addresses.

This feature is not available for the Diligence Report, the Performance Summary Report, Custom Reports, or any Tableau reports. Tableau reports are identified by the following image:

Instructions

1. Open a report. This can be a generated report or a saved report.
2. Select Quick Share at the top of the report to open the Quick Share window.
3. Enter up to 10 email addresses in the field provided.
4. Optional: select the “Send me a copy” checkbox to be copied on the email.
5. Select Share.
