DKIM Record Findings

The DKIM Records risk vector assesses the effectiveness of DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM), which is a countermeasure against adversaries that are attempting to send fake email by using a company’s email domain. Properly configured DKIM records can ensure that only authorized hosts can send email on behalf of a company.

Navigation Options

Select a company from your Companies List.

Finding Details

The details include the data in Findings, Diligence details, and also the following information:

❖ This field can be included in the table from the Customize Columns option.

Field	Description
Algorithm	The algorithm used to generate the key for signing email messages.
DKIM Record	The DKIM record.
Key Length	The length of the key used to sign email messages, signifying its strength. See key length recommendations.
❖ Remediation Instructions	How to resolve a negative finding. See how to verify that a DKIM Records finding has been remediated.
