How to Subscribe to a Company

You can subscribe to a company from its Ratings Tree or from the Search Results page.

Subscribe From the Search Results Page

Subscribing to a company from the search results page allows you to quickly add them to your portfolio.

1. From any page in the Bitsight platform, enter the name or domain of the company you’d like to add in the Search field.
2. Select Enter to see the full list of results.
3. Select the Subscribe button.
4. Select an available subscription type.
5. Edit the details (folder, tier, company relationship and life cycle stage) to organize the company in your portfolio.
6. Select Subscribe or Subscribe and View Company.

Subscribe From the Ratings Tree

Subscribing to a company from its ratings tree ensures that you're subscribing to the company that is most relevant to your security posture.

1. From any page in the Bitsight platform, enter the name or domain of the company you’d like to add in the Search field.
2. Select Enter to see the full list of results.
3. Select View from the Ratings Tree column to view a company’s Ratings Tree.
4. From the Ratings Tree, select the company you’d like to monitor.
5. Select the Subscribe dropdown.
6. Select an available subscription type.
7. Select Confirm.
