Subscribe to a Company with a Continuous Monitoring subscription

Continuous Monitoring is a type of subscription that provides ongoing monitoring, giving you clear visibility into third-party activities with detailed information on risk grades and categories. Use Continuous Monitoring for third parties, such as Benchmarking in Security Posture Management and to monitor vendors in Continuous Monitoring.

Features

• View detailed information on the company, including their Bitsight Security Rating, risk vector grades, and risk category data.
• Evaluate one year of performance information, giving you a historical look at the company’s security posture.
• Review compromised devices and observable steps the company has taken to prevent compromise.
• Set and subscribe to alerts for the company, allowing you to receive a notification when important changes occur.
• Invite the selected company to access the Bitsight platform with the Client/Vendor Access Program, allowing you to collaborate on remediating issues you find important to your business relationship with the selected company.
• View, schedule, and download reports to easily share your findings with internal stakeholders.

You can subscribe to a company from the Search Results page or from its Ratings Tree

Permissions

Only Admins and Group Admins can subscribe to a company or modify subscriptions. See subscription permissions.

Instructions

Subscribe From the Search Results Page

Subscribing to a company from the search results page allows you to quickly add them to your portfolio.

1. From any page in the Bitsight platform, enter the name or domain of the company you’d like to add in the Search field.
2. Select Enter to see the full list of results.
3. Select the Subscribe button.
4. Select an available subscription type.
5. Edit the details (folder, tier, company relationship and life cycle stage) to organize the company in your portfolio.
6. Select Subscribe or Subscribe and View Company.

Subscribe From the Ratings Tree

Subscribing to a company from its ratings tree ensures that you're subscribing to the company that is most relevant to your security posture.

1. From any page in the Bitsight platform, enter the name or domain of the company you’d like to add in the Search field.
2. Select Enter to see the full list of results.
3. Select View from the Ratings Tree column to view a company’s Ratings Tree.
4. From the Ratings Tree, select the company you’d like to monitor.
5. Select the Subscribe dropdown.
6. Select an available subscription type.
7. Select Confirm.
