Request Access to Your Vendor(s) Security Profile in VRM

Connections can be requested with vendors within the Vendor Risk Management application. By submitting this request, your vendor will be emailed and prompted to complete their security profile.

Requirements

• Access to the VRM app.
• A valid .com email address.

Instructions

1. Open the VRM app
2. Search for Vendor in the search bar or click on a vendor in your Vendors list
3. On a vendor's Overview page [Vendor Profile -> Overview], click the Request Connection button
   
4. Enter Contact email(s). Use a comma to separate email addresses if sending to multiple vendors
5. Apply an email template from the drop down menu.
6. Enter Email Subject
7. Write Message. Include a message for the vendor outlining your requirements. See examples here.
8. Click Send Request. The vendor is emailed and prompted to complete their security profile.

• By sending any Connection request, you agree that you are responsible for ensuring the recipients are not subject to any sanctions administered and enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC"), including, without limitation, the Specially Designated Nationals list.

• With Data Residency, regions operate as independent networks and data is not shared across them. If a connection invite is sent from a different region, the originating region is enabled to allow for a response. The recipient is notified of the enabled residency and may switch between regions as needed.
