Dashboards: Executive Summary Ingrid The Executive Summary page in the Vendor Risk Management application [ Dashboards ➔ Executive Summary] is a detailed, cumulative report that provides a holistic view of the vendor portfolio. It consolidates key metrics across the following critical areas: Vendor Population Risk Score Life Cycle Findings Use the Executive Summary to make informed strategic decisions, optimize vendor relationships, and mitigate potential risks. You must have an Admin, Operations, or View Only role to access the Executive Summary page. See permissions. Actions Download the data: Select the Download as PDF button at the top-right. Panels Vendor Population Managed count: The number of vendors under active management. Evaluate them as part of your due diligence process. Monitored count: The number of vendors being monitored and manually added to your ecosystem. Shows connection requests that have not been accepted yet. Total count: The number of vendors, including monitored and managed vendors. Tracking the total number of vendors measures the scope of your supply chain. Vendors Distribution By Tags chart: Show the number of vendors associated with the 8 most used tags. Learn about vendor connection statuses. Risk Score Vendors Distribution By Risk Score Level chart: Shows the aggregated risk score, calculated based on the individual risk score of all your vendors. Vendor Distribution By Risk Score Across Tags graph: Shows the distribution of vendors based on their risk scores within the top 8 most used tags. Learn about the risk score. Life Cycle Assessment Time By Life Cycle Stage chart: The average number of weekdays vendors take to progress from a pending life cycle stage until they are completed. Vendors Distribution By Life Cycle graph: The number of vendors in pending life cycle stages. Learn about assessment life cycle stages. Findings Outstanding Findings By Criticality chart: The distribution of outstanding findings across vendors by finding criticality. Outstanding count: The number of findings that are either pending or do not have a defined status. Report count: The number of findings across all statuses, regardless of their current resolution state. Resolved count: The number of completed findings. Resolution Rate statistic: The percentage of resolved or completed findings.
